Fiesta Pear and Spinach Salad

Ingredients


1 bunch spinach, de-stemmed, washed thoroughly and dried
1 15-ounce can "lite" Bartlett pears in pear juice, drained and cut into large chunks
1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped (toasted, if time permits)
3 strips bacon, cooked until brown and crumbled
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar-based salad dressing
1 tsp orange zest

Directions

Combine spinach, pears, bell pepper, walnuts and crumbled bacon in a salad bowl. Whisk orange zest into dressing and drizzle over salad.
