Pears, Port, and Stilton Cheese

Ingredients
2 fresh ripe California Bartlett pears, cored and thickly sliced
1 red bell pepper
1 cup wedge aged English Stilton cheese OR other blue-veined cheese OR toasted walnuts, optional
1 Port OR red wine
Directions
On a serving platter, arrange pear slices and walnuts around the wedge of cheese. Serve with your favorite glass of port or red wine.
