Ingredients
1/4 cup pear brandy or water
1 envelope plain gelatin
14oz. marshmallow cream
2 cups plain non-fat yogurt
1 tbsp. Cook's Vanilla or vanilla extract
1/4 cup finely chopped candied ginger
2 medium California Bartlett pears,
coarsely chopped
fresh mint sprigs and candied
ginger, for garnish
