Canned Pear Salsa

Ingredients
1 15-ounce can natural-style sliced Bartlett pears in juice, well drained and cut into medium sized chunks
1/3 cup frozen corn kernels, boiled for 2 minutes and drained
1/3 cup red pepper, diced
1/3 cup green onions, some green parts included, chopped
1 1/2 tsps canola or vegetable oil
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsps freshly squeezed lime juice
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for one hour. Can be made one day in advance.
Makes 4 servings
