AUGUST IS PEAR MONTH!
To celebrate Pear Month, Farm-to-Fork restaurants in the Sacramento region are featuring limited time offers using California pears throughout August
as part of a Farm-to-Fork Pear Recipe Contest held by the California Pear Advisory Board in partnership with Sacramento’s Farm-to-Fork office.
Included in these decadent recipes are cocktails, appetizers, entrees, and desserts highlighting the delicious bounty of pears being harvested in California right now!
