PEAR AVOCADO SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
Yields: 2 servings
2 ripe, California Pears, cored
2 ripe, California Avocados, seeded and peeled
2 Tbsp lime juice (1 lime)
8 fresh mint leaves (more to taste)
1/4 cup Honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup Greek yogurt, low-fat
1 cup milk of choice
5 cups ice cubes
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth.
