1 liter of quality brandy
6 California Bartlett pears
5 whole lemon peels
2 cinnamon sticks
1/2 vanilla bean
Place all ingredients into a sealable glass jar.
Keep in dark, cool space for 1 week.
Strain into a sealable bottle.
Serve on the rocks with a slice of fresh pear.
